The City of Susanville is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual or business entity to submit a proposal to lease the Diamond Mountain Bar & Grill located at the Diamond Mountain Golf Course. This turnkey restaurant is located in the Clubhouse on an 18-hole golf course with a playing season from approximately March through end of November. Please review the Request for Proposal Document below for more details!
Diamond Mountain Golf Course has a clubhouse that is located on Wingfield Road, this clubhouse is available for rent to accommodate special events with a beautiful view of Emerson Lake and the front 9 of Diamond Mountain Golf Course!
